This provides the most efficient transfer of casting energy as it unrolls, because the heavier line is constantly turning over lighter line.

This design also gives you a more delicate presentation because the weight is away from th fly.

The combination of a long weighted section and a light running line make the Triangle Taper cast like a shooting head for distance.

When you're tubing on water as clear as gin and fishing shallows to spooky fish use this line.

Its clear coating and core make virtually invisible underwater.

We like to use this line when suspending midges or stripping buggers.

• These fast sinking, level tips use tungsten powder for density, not lead and, as a result, are supple, do not kink and sink like a rock. Built on RIO’s ultra-low stretch ConnectCore, they are extremely sensitive to soft grabs and ensure fast, solid hook sets.
• The tips are color-coded for quick identification and are made with an easy-to-weld coating
• Each tip is designed to be cut and tuned to the angler’s individual fishing and casting requirements
• Loops available on all 30ft lengths, except for T-20

All InTouch Skagit MOW tips are built on RIO’s ConnectCore for Ultra-low stretch performance. These tips allow anglers using Skagit lines to cover every likely fishing situation and conditions encountered, and are the absolute ultimate in sinking tip versatility.  

The Extra Heavy MOW Tips are the heaviest of the MOW series; built with T-17 for the sinking section and with a sink rate of nearly 10" per second, it really gets down when depth is needed. Each of the tips either have a gray floating section, or a gray loop for easy identification. These tips are ideal on the heavier Skagit lines of 675 grains and more. 

The Heavy MOW Tips feature T-14, with a sink rate of 9" per second, for the sinking material. Each of these tips has either a light blue floating section or a blue sleeve on one end for easy identification. The Heavy MOW Tips are designed for the heaviest of flies and are ideal for Skagit lines of 575 grains and more.

The Medium MOW Tips feature T-11, with a sink rate of 8" per second, for the sinking material. Each of these tips has either a light green floating section or a green sleeve on one end for easy identification. The Medium MOW Tips are designed for heavily weighted flies and are ideal for Skagit lines between 475 and 575 grains.

The Light MOW Tips feature T-8, with a sink rate of 7" per second, for the sinking material. Each of these tips has either a white floating section or a white sleeve on one end for easy identification. The Light MOW Tips are designed for lightly weighted flies and are ideal for Skagit lines of 475 grains and less.

A super hard, slick finish oval-shaped nylon shooting line, with no memory after being stretched and an extremely low coefficient of friction for long distance casts

Our Parallel Silk Lines are designed for fishing fast water where short casts are required. These lines are made from top quality silk and require the minimum of care.

We were asked to make these lines to replace the “Robinson” parallel lines that are no longer manufactured, and they have proved to be a great success.
